Cancellation Policy

Please review the cancellation policy that applies to appointments with Megg Sullivan.

Notice Period

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client on the waitlist.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact the relevant clinic for their specific fee schedule.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the clinic where your appointment is booked.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact the relevant clinic directly and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
