You don't have to, but MMST cannot provide therapy without it.

Your information is stored securely using:

• Locked filing cabinets
• Password-protected devices with two-factor authentication

MMST keeps your information organised, accurate, and up to date. Please let Megg know if anything changes, such as your address or phone number.

In some situations, MMST may not be able to share your information. This can happen if:

• The law prevents it
• Someone else is requesting it on your behalf
• A doctor believes it could cause you distress

If this happens, Megg will always explain why.

Megg will talk it through with you and correct any mistakes straight away.

MMST may share your information with:

• Other professionals involved in your care
• The organisation funding your therapy

This helps everyone work together as a team. When you start with MMST, you will be asked who you are happy for Megg to contact. This list is kept on your file and updated whenever it changes.
